✅ Major Job Responsibilities:

  • 📋 Maintain and update employee records; monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
  • 📝 Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • 📦 Oversee office supplies, documentation, and facility coordination.
  • 👥 Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
  • 📑 Ensure policy implementation and compliance.
  • 🤝 Liaise with all departments to complete HR and admin tasks effectively.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 👨‍💼 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • 🧩 Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • 💻 Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • 🔐 Strong confidentiality and discretion skills.
